Design:
I love to take on challenges – and can attempt anything you have in mind. You will be apart of the design process each step of the way. We will work together to come up with an ayat or dua that is close to you, as well as discuss the size, color themes and designs. *The less creative design I can include of my own the more complicated it will be for a final result and can cost more.
Pricing:
Once we have confirmed the size, colors and style etc I will get you a quote. This can range starting from $100+. Although its rare – if prices change for any reason during the process, I will notify you immediately. At this time I require a 25% deposit that will be applied to the final cost.
Processing time:
Processing times vary for each order. After we have confirmed pricing and design, and you are ready to move forward, I will start on your project which depending on size and details can take as long as 3 weeks. Once I am done with the final project I will send you pictures.
Shipping:
Depending on size and location shipping can vary.
Payment options
I accept Venmo and PayPal and in some circumstances I can take a credit card payment over the phone.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because of the nature of the content, returns are not accepted however I will happily do whatever I can to make sure you are happy with your order. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I do not accept cancellations.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
